- Research, pricing and selection of goods
- Lighting

- Interior design schemes/scale drawings (floor plans, elevations, electrical/plumbing plans)

- Outline costings put together (furniture, furnishings, lighting, fixtures, fittings, finishing touches)
- Presentation to and approval from client
Project Co-Ordination
- Implementation of designs (client responsible for sub-contractors’ tenders/costs)
- Project co-ordination (liaison with clients, site managers, architects, suppliers, sub-contractors)
- Product sourcing, orders for goods and deliveries
- Site visits to monitor progress and some supervision if required
- Styling (positioning/arranging furniture, display of artwork and ornaments, finishing touches)
